Dr. Noah Mulzet

BSc, DC

Dr. Noah Mulzet, BSc, DC, is a Red Deer chiropractor and co-owner of Red Deer Sport + Spine. Born and raised in Red Deer, his clinical interests include running-related concerns, sport and performance, active rehabilitation, and supporting people managing hip and knee arthritis.

Noah earned his Bachelor of Science with Honours from the University of Alberta before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating summa cum laude.

In the clinic, Noah takes a grounded, outcome-focused approach. He works to understand each patient's goals and condition, then develops a clear, individualized plan to help bridge the distance between where they are and where they want to be. Patients can expect a comfortable and supportive environment where care is adapted to their individual needs.

Noah's practice includes concussion management and a range of treatment approaches, including joint mobilization and manipulation, Myofascial Release Technique (MRT), contemporary medical acupuncture, instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization, active rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning. The specific approach used depends on the patient's assessment, preferences, goals, and clinical needs.

Noah believes in connecting clinical assessment with functional movement. He takes the time to understand what matters to each patient and supports them in returning to the activities they value, whatever those activities may look like.

Movement is also central to Noah's life outside the clinic. An avid runner with a background in cross-country and track, he won the 10 km Run for Backs in Motion during his time at CMCC and has completed half-marathons, a marathon, and three ultramarathons. When he is not running the trails, he can often be found playing soccer, cross-country or downhill skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or paddling.

As co-owner of Red Deer Sport + Spine, Noah is committed to serving his hometown community and helping create a welcoming, inclusive environment where people feel comfortable and supported as they work toward long-term health, movement, and performance goals.

Dr. Christina McArthur

BKI, DC

Dr. Christina McArthur, BKI, DC, is a Red Deer chiropractor, researcher, educator, and co-owner of Red Deer Sport + Spine. Her clinical interests include family care, back pain, active rehabilitation, prenatal and postpartum health, and sport performance.

Christina holds a Bachelor of Knowledge Integration and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), graduating as class valedictorian and with academic distinction. She subsequently completed the first year of CMCC's two-year Clinical Sciences Residency Program. This program combined advanced postgraduate training involving hospital-based clinical practice, diagnostic reasoning and critical thinking, multidisciplinary care, undergraduate teaching, and independent research.

Her research explores how health professionals learn together, collaborate across disciplines, and apply evidence in clinical care. She has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed research publications and brings that same curiosity and critical thinking to her work as a chiropractor.

As an educator to both chiropractic students and patients, Christina values clear explanations that help patients understand their bodies, their care options, and the steps involved in moving forward.

Dr. McArthur provides evidence-informed, individualized chiropractic care for people with different goals and activity levels. Her approach may combine hands-on care, active rehabilitation, movement, and progressive strength-building. She works with patients managing back pain and other musculoskeletal concerns, recovering from injury, returning to activity, or working toward sport and performance goals.

Movement has shaped Christina's life from an early age. She trained and competed as a dancer for 18 years, which led her to pursue chiropractic. She is also a yoga instructor, soccer player, and enthusiastic runner. These experiences give her a personal appreciation for the physical demands of training, performance, recovery, and lifelong movement.

Christina believes exceptional care begins with listening. Known for her clear communication, collaborative mindset, and genuine investment in the people she works with, she aims to help patients participate confidently in their care. As co-owner of Red Deer Sport + Spine, she is helping build a Red Deer clinic centred on thoughtful care, continual learning, professional collaboration, and meaningful movement.
